Colombian food, Le Cordon Bleu trained chefs. Very friendly and fun guys.
I had the Bandeja Paisa which is the traditional Colombian sampler platter with 3 meats, rice and red beans. It was very good. My favorite part was the grilled Chorizo.
For desert I had the Flan, great presentation!
I'll be going back very soon.

You know, I have never been a fan of flan. I'm quite texture-oriented when it comes to food, and I think that's probably part of the reason I've never cared for flan.
